Integrations overview
Connect your tools
BetterClaw connects your agents to the outside world in three distinct ways. They look similar but solve different problems, so it helps to know which one you need.
Integrations
Messaging bots — Telegram, Discord, Slack — that let people reach an agent from the apps they already use.
How they differ
| Surface | What it is | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Integrations | Messaging bots people talk through to reach an agent. | Settings ▸ Integrations |
| Connectors | Services an agent uses — email, tickets, analytics, etc. | Connectors (left rail) |
| Secrets | A vault of raw keys and logins agents read when they need them. | Settings ▸ Secrets |
Connectors is a top-level item in the left rail. Integrations and Secrets live under the Settings menu.

Integrations
Integrations let people message an agent from outside BetterClaw. Each bot is paired to one of your agents, and you choose whether it responds to everyone or only an allowlist of users.
Connectors and secrets
Connectors and secrets work together. A connector handles signing in to a service and exposes its tools to your agents; the secrets vault stores standalone credentials — API keys, logins, OAuth grants — that you assign to agents directly. Every read of a secret is recorded in the audit log.
