Submit a ticket
The support form has three fields:
- Email — filled in from your account and can't be edited; it's where we'll reply.
- Topic — a short subject, for example Billing question, Bug report, or Feature request.
- Message — describe what's going on; the more detail, the faster we can help.
Click Submit ticket. You'll see a confirmation that your request was received, and the team gets back to you at your account email within 1–2 business days. Use Submit another ticket to send more than one.
