What can the agent access in Google Sheets? Is it safe?
The Sheets connector's catalog covers reading values, writing and appending rows, formatting, charts, and destructive actions such as clearing values, deleting rows or columns and deleting sheets. The ready-made workflows only append and update rows in their own sheet. If you build your own workflow, name the exact sheet it should use, so the agent never touches other files.
Your credentials are stored encrypted and your agents never see them. You can disconnect an account at any time from Connectors, and remove an agent's access without disconnecting the account.

Do I need to write formulas or scripts?
No. You describe the job in plain English, e.g. "add a row for every new lead email with name, company and a score". The agent does the reading and writing.
Will it overwrite my data?
The ready-made workflows only add or update rows in their own sheet. For your own workflows, point them at a specific sheet and say which columns they may change.
Can it create a new spreadsheet?
