That's why every new BetterClaw subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If BetterClaw isn't the right fit for your team, just let us know within 7 days and we'll refund your payment in full.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for our money-back guarantee:
- You must be on a new subscription (first-time purchase only).
- Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.
- The guarantee applies to monthly subscription fees paid to BetterClaw.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
- Send an email to hello@betterclaw.io with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
- We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
That's it. No lengthy forms, no phone calls, no justification needed.
4. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your BetterClaw subscription will be cancelled immediately.
- All active agents will be paused and deactivated.
- Your agent configurations and data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
- After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
5. Exclusions
The money-back guarantee does not cover:
- Third-party API costs — charges from AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) are billed directly by those providers and are outside our control.
- Renewals — the guarantee applies only to your first billing period, not subsequent renewals.
- Custom or enterprise plans — refunds for custom volume pricing or enterprise agreements are handled separately. Contact us for details.
- Abuse — accounts created solely to exploit the refund policy may be excluded at our discretion.
