Trigger
1

Find candidates

Scans funding roundups, job boards, launch sites and "companies hiring" lists for businesses that match your ideal customer and have a fresh reason to need what you sell: hiring, new funding, a launch, a new leader or a public complaint about the problem. Companies it has already found are skipped.

2

Check them

Opens each company's website to confirm what it does, its size and location, and drops the ones that don't fit. For each one that does, it notes who to contact and writes a one-line opener that mentions the signal. Only facts it actually found go in.

Add them to the sheet

B2B Prospect Hunter: common questions

Where does it find companies?

Funding roundups, job boards, launch sites and "companies hiring" lists. Then it opens each company's website to confirm what it does, its size and location.

Is it an AI SDR?

It does the research half: finding companies, checking fit and noting why now, with a one-line opener. It never contacts anyone.

Will it invent details?

No. Only facts it actually found go into the sheet.

How many prospects does it find?

You choose how many prospects a day you want. It looks at about twice that many candidates and keeps only the ones that fit.

Will it show me the same company twice?

No. It remembers the companies it has already found and skips them on later runs.

Which apps do I need to connect?

Gmail and Google Sheets. You connect each one once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.

What can I change?

Your ideal customer, What you sell, Prospects a day, Google Sheet for prospects. Only your ideal customer and what you sell are required; the rest have sensible defaults.

Can I change the schedule or the steps?

Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests weekdays, 7 am). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.

Which AI model runs it?

The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
