Weekly Team Report: common questions

What should a weekly status report include?

This one includes a two-line summary, what shipped by project, what slipped or is overdue, what's stuck and who it's waiting on, and this week's completed count against the last four weeks.

Does it change anything in Linear?

No. It only reads your Linear data and emails you the report.

Which teams does it cover?

The Linear teams you list. Leave it blank to cover every team.

When is an issue "stuck"?

When it has been in progress without an update for the number of days you set.

Which apps do I need to connect?

Gmail and Linear. You connect each one once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.

What can I change?

Linear teams, Call an issue stuck after. All of them are optional.

Can I change the schedule or the steps?

Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests fridays, 3 pm). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.

Which AI model runs it?

The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
