Email me the digest

Sorts every mention by sentiment and type, then emails you a digest with negative and high-reach mentions first, each with a suggested reply. It ends with today's count and sentiment against the last week. On a quiet day you get a one-line email saying so.

Brand Mention Monitor: common questions

Does it track mentions in ChatGPT or other AI answers?

No. It searches the web and news, Reddit, Hacker News, YouTube, review sites such as G2, Capterra, Trustpilot and Product Hunt, and public X and LinkedIn posts.

How far back does it look?

The last three days on each run. It remembers what it has reported for 30 days, so you only get new mentions.

Can I watch competitors too?

Yes. Add their names under "What to watch for" and the digest includes those mentions too, for comparison.

Does it reply to mentions for me?

No. It suggests replies in your digest. Posting them is up to you.

How does it avoid false matches?

A post only counts if its own text names one of your terms. You can also list words that mean it's a different thing with the same name, and your own account names, so those are left out.

Which apps do I need to connect?

Gmail. You connect it once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.

What can I change?

What to watch for, Not about you. Only what to watch for is required; the rest have sensible defaults.

Can I change the schedule or the steps?

Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests daily, 8 am). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.

Which AI model runs it?

The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
