Today's meetings

Checks today's calendar, in your calendar's own time zone, for meetings with at least one person from outside your company. It skips meetings you declined, all-day events and anything you've told it to skip.

Research and history

Looks up each outside attendee and their company: their role, what the company does, its size and anything new in the last month. It then searches your email for your last conversation with them and anything either side promised, and writes three questions or talking points that fit what you do.

Meeting Prep: common questions

Does it prepare internal meetings?

No. Only meetings with people outside your company. You can also skip titles or domains you list.

Does it remember what we promised last time?

Yes. It searches your email for your last conversation with each attendee and anything either side promised.

How is it different from Meeting Notes?

Meeting Prep runs before your meetings. Meeting Notes runs at day's end and turns what happened into a summary and follow-ups.

Does it change my calendar or email?

No. It only reads them and sends you the briefs.

What if it can't identify someone?

It skips people it can't identify with confidence rather than guessing.

Which apps do I need to connect?

Gmail and Google Calendar. You connect each one once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.

What can I change?

What you do, Meetings to skip. All of them are optional.

Can I change the schedule or the steps?

Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests weekdays, 6 am). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.

Which AI model runs it?

The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
