Find quiet threads

Looks through your recent email for two kinds of quiet thread: ones where you're waiting on someone, and ones where someone is waiting on you. It skips finished threads, newsletters, notifications, no-reply senders and anyone you've told it to ignore.

Draft the nudges

Drafts a 2 to 4 sentence nudge, friendly and in your tone, in each thread where you're waiting on them. Where someone is waiting on you, it drafts a reply only if the answer is plain from the thread. It only creates drafts.

Send me the list

Emails you a list of every thread it's tracking, oldest first, with how long each has waited, what's outstanding and whether a draft is ready. Nothing to follow up means no email.

Follow-Up Reminder: common questions

Do I have to set a reminder on each email?

No. It scans your recent email every weekday morning and finds the threads still waiting on a reply.

Does it work with Outlook?

Today it works with Gmail.

Where do the drafts appear?

Inside each thread in Gmail, ready to edit and send. It also sends you the list each morning.

Will it send nudges without me?

No. Nothing goes out until you press Send on a draft.

How long does it wait before nudging?

You set the number of business days. It also waits that long before nudging the same thread again.

Can I stop it nudging certain people?

Yes. List senders or whole domains to ignore, one per line.

Which apps do I need to connect?

Gmail. You connect it once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.

What can I change?

Business days before nudging, How far back to look, Senders and domains to ignore. All of them are optional.

Can I change the schedule or the steps?

Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests weekdays, 8 am). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.

Which AI model runs it?

The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
