Learn from my edits

Looks at the drafts it wrote last time. If you edited or sent one, it notes what you changed, such as length, tone, greeting or sign-off, and keeps up to ten short lessons about how you write. It learns style only, never facts or decisions you filled in.

Sort new email

Checks email that arrived since the last run and puts each thread in one pile: Urgent, Needs reply, FYI, Newsletter or Noise. It applies a matching Triage label in Gmail and never treats your VIPs as newsletter or noise. Newsletters and noise are archived only if you turn that on. It never deletes anything.

Draft replies

Drafts a reply in the thread for each urgent or needs-reply email, in your style. Where the reply needs something it doesn't know, like a date or a price, it leaves a [placeholder] rather than making it up. It only creates drafts.

Alert me

If anything is urgent, it emails you one short alert with who it's from, why it's urgent and whether a reply is drafted. Nothing urgent means no alert.

Email Triage: common questions

Do I have to switch email apps?

No. Labels, alerts and drafts all appear in the Gmail you already use.

How does it learn my style?

Each run it looks at how you changed its earlier drafts before you sent them, and adjusts.

How is it different from an n8n email triage template?

It's already built: connect Gmail and it runs every hour on weekdays, with nothing to host, wire up or prompt.

Does it work with Outlook?

Today it works with Gmail.

Will it send email for me?

No. Replies are saved as drafts in each thread for you to check and send. The only email it sends is the urgent alert, to you.

Does it delete email?

Never. It labels every thread. Newsletters and noise are moved out of your inbox only if you turn on archiving, and archived email is never deleted.

What counts as urgent?

You describe it in the settings, and you can list the people who always matter. Their email is never treated as newsletter or noise.

Which apps do I need to connect?

Gmail. You connect it once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.

What can I change?

What counts as urgent, People who always matter, Archive newsletters and noise. All of them are optional.

Can I change the schedule or the steps?

Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests hourly on weekdays). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.

Which AI model runs it?

The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
