Writes a recap for each meeting: the purpose, key points, decisions and action items with owners and due dates. If an owner or date wasn't said, it writes "not set" rather than guessing.

Meeting Notes: common questions

Does it record my meetings or join with a bot?

No. It works from the notes and transcripts your recorder already sends you, by email or as a Google Doc link.

Does it email the attendees?

No. It drafts the follow-up for you to check and send.

Which meeting recorders does it work with?

Any that send you notes or transcripts by email or as a Google Doc, such as Google Meet, Zoom, Fathom or Otter. You tell it where yours come from.

What if a meeting had no notes?

It only works from the notes you received. If there were none today, it sends nothing.

Which apps do I need to connect?

Gmail and Google Docs. You connect each one once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.

What can I change?

Where your meeting notes come from, Draft a follow-up to attendees. All of them are optional.

Can I change the schedule or the steps?

Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests weekdays, 5 pm). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.

Which AI model runs it?

The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
