Every two hours, it reads your new Gmail and labels the email that needs no attention from you, such as cold outreach, newsletters, old one-time codes and delivery updates, so you can clear it in one go. Nothing is deleted.

What it does, step by step.
Nothing hidden. This is the full list of what it does each run.
Starts on schedule: daily, 8 am
Once you turn it on, it runs on its own on this schedule. You can change the days, time and time zone.
Find new roles
Searches LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Wellfound and company careers pages for roles posted in the last few days that match the roles, locations and salary you want. It scores each one out of 10 against your résumé and shortlists the best.
Prepare applications
For each shortlisted role, creates a Google Doc with a tailored résumé and a short cover letter. It only reorders and rewords what's already in your résumé, and never adds skills, results or experience you don't have.
Check my applications
Reads your recent email for news on jobs you've applied to (confirmations, interview invites, rejections and offers), updates each one's status, and notes follow-ups that are due and interviews coming up.
Email me the summary
Emails you new roles worth applying to with their score and prepared doc, changes to your applications, and the follow-ups and interviews ahead.
Connect these, then it runs.
One click each. It only uses these apps for the steps listed above.

Job Application Tracker: common questions
Can AI apply for jobs for me?
This one doesn't, on purpose. It finds and scores roles, prepares a tailored résumé and cover letter for the best ones, and you decide where to apply.
Where does it look for jobs?
LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Wellfound and company careers pages, for roles posted in the last few days. Each is scored out of 10 against your résumé.
Will it exaggerate my experience?
No. It only reorders and rewords what's in your résumé. It never adds clients, skills, tools, numbers or results you didn't include.
What do I need to give it?
The roles you want, where, and your résumé as plain text. A salary range and how many roles to prepare each day are optional.
Is there an n8n template for this?
You don't need one. This workflow is already built: connect your apps and it runs, with nothing to wire up or host.
Which apps do I need to connect?
Gmail and Google Docs. You connect each one once, in a click, when you set the workflow up.
What can I change?
Roles you want, Where, Salary range, Your résumé, Roles to prepare each day. Only roles you want and where and your résumé are required; the rest have sensible defaults.
Can I change the schedule or the steps?
Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests daily, 8 am). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.
Which AI model runs it?
The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
