What it does, step by step.
Nothing hidden. This is the full list of what it does each run.
Starts on schedule: daily, 9 am
Once you turn it on, it runs on its own on this schedule. You can change the days, time and time zone.
Find failed payments
Looks in Stripe for open invoices from the last 30 days whose payment failed, finds out why (an expired card, insufficient funds, a bank wanting confirmation or a decline) and checks whether earlier cases have since been paid. It takes on at most 10 new cases a day.
Decide who to email
Works out what each open case needs today: a first email, a follow-up on the days you set, a heads-up to you for large invoices, or the end of the sequence. If Stripe can't be reached, it emails nobody, because it can't tell who has paid.
Email customers
Sends each customer who is due one a short, warm email that fits the reason their payment failed, with the invoice's secure payment link, signed with your business name. Follow-ups are shorter, and the last one says it's the final reminder and what will happen to the subscription.
Pause or cancel
For cases that reach the end, it checks the invoice once more. If it's still unpaid, it pauses payment collection or cancels the subscription, depending on your setting, or leaves it alone. It makes no other changes.
Tell me
Emails you only when there's something to know: large invoices that failed, subscriptions paused or cancelled, and how many reminders went out. On Mondays you also get money recovered and what's still at risk.

Does it email my customers?
Yes. Unlike most workflows, this one sends payment reminders directly to your customers from your Gmail account, each with the invoice's secure payment link.
What happens if a customer never pays?
You choose: pause the subscription's payment collection, cancel it, or leave it. Pausing can be undone in Stripe. The last reminder tells the customer what will happen.
Which apps do I need to connect?

What can I change?

Can I change the schedule or the steps?
Yes. Installing copies the whole workflow into your workspace as a draft, and from then on it's yours: reword any step, change the settings, and pick the schedule and time zone (it suggests daily, 9 am). Nothing runs until you run it or publish it.
Which AI model runs it?
The agent you choose when you install it. The workflow uses that agent's model, tools and memory, and you can move it to another agent later.
